With 20 years of professional experience, I’ve collaborated on an extensive range of projects including graphic design for print and digital media, and UI/UX design for most digital platforms. I apply my skills across a variety of fields including AAA games, illustration and art direction, multi-channel marketing initiatives, interior design and residential architecture, IoT, fintech, tech start-ups and non-profit organisations.
The field of design has evolved immensely over the last 30 years, primarily because of the internet and technological advances in designers' toolsets, but most importantly, the value of design thinking.
Fortunately, there are experts who helped define the field through their own experience as designers and researchers and have extensively published their findings in many articles, papers and books. Most notable are Don Norman and Jacob Nielsen, founders of the Nielsen Norman Group.
As an advocate of the UX principles introduced by the Nielsen Norman Group, I help start-ups and small and medium organisations apply design thinking early on in their projects in order to help achieve successful products or services.
